My Baby Doll

I have come to realize how hard, rewarding and fun having a little girl can be! It's a lot of work and thanks to Kyle helping me the whole way, my family helping (mom) for the first few weeks and the free time left for the both of us to take naps, I have been able to get the hang of it all.

And for part of the "fun" of having a girl in particular I get to dress her up ALL day everyday like she is my little doll. I LOVE IT! I have a new outfit on her every day and new accessories to match. I usually send picture text messages to family and friends of all her different outfits, so for those of you who haven't seen them here they are!!

Newborn Pictures!!

Exactly 1 week later we got Navy's Newborn Pictures taken! Here are a few of my favorites, they are all so so cute though I must say. Hope everyone likes them as much as we did. We had to go through a lot to get her to cooperate. She peed and pooped and screamed with being naked for them all:)

Our baby girl arrived on Feb 21st! FINALLY! She was 19 inches long, and weighed 7'15. A lot bigger than we were expecting... the doctor told us she'd probably weigh around 6 pounds. HA!

Her name is Navy Carolyn LeBaron, yes Navy as in the color Navy blue and Carolyn after my grandma. She had a bit of a rough start with breathing. I delivered with a fever and the doctors were worried that because of this that she had caught meningitis. She was rushed to the NICU and they did tests and antibiotics on her for 3 days and then we were finally able to bring her home:)
